Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist & Personal Trainer

With a wealth of expertise spanning over a decade, I've passionately pursued my career as a certified trainer since 2014. I embarked on my journey as an ACE Personal Trainer and subsequently expanded my horizons by obtaining the esteemed NSCA Certification of CSCS in 2018 and an additional CPT in 2020. Demonstrating unwavering commitment, I furthered my qualifications with a Fitness Nutritionist Certification in 2016 and Level 1 Eldoa Certification in 2020 and PN1 in 2023. Committed to the highest standards of safety and care, I diligently renew my CPR/AED Certifications biennially, ensuring your well-being remains my top priority.
